All of our orders are guaranteed to be processed within 1–2 business days and require an average of approximately 5–12 days for shipping with our "Free Shipping" option.
Please note that these dates are estimates and are subject to change based on unforeseen or uncontrollable worldwide events.


Taxes & Tariffs
Please note that all duties and taxes are included within the cost of shipping.
If you do receive any calls, texts, or emails from customs, please email us with your order number so we can resolve the matter with our shipping team.


Lost/Damaged Packages
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, held, or damaged packages once they leave our fulfillment centre.
We are also not responsible for any delivery errors that may occur via the carrier.

By purchasing from our website, the customer agrees and understands that any lost or damaged package becomes the responsibility of the customer and the respective third-party carrier once it leaves any Nymock fulfillment centre.

Nevertheless, as a valued customer, our Customer Support Team will do their absolute best to resolve any issues that may arise as a result of shipping.


Third-Party Shipping Disclaimer
Please note that shipping is a service provided by a third-party carrier, which is associated with a customer's order and is unaffiliated with SOUL+SKIN™.
This means that any shipping issues must be handled by the respective third-party carrier, not SOUL+SKIN™.

SOUL+SKIN™ is responsible for all purchases up until the point they are handed off to our third-party shipping partners. Once a package leaves our hands, shipping-related issues are out of our control.


Incorrect Mailing Address
As a customer, please double-check that you're sending the package to the correct mailing address.
If you notice an error, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Although we do provide free worldwide shipping, we are not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong mailing address due to customer input error during checkout.


Shipping Terms of Service
